We are currently seeking a skilled Line Chef to join our team for the breakfast and lunch shift. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes with precision and efficiency, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with our kitchen team to uphold food safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive work environment.


Responsibilities:


●     Prepare and cook breakfast items according to menu specifications

●     Utilize fresh produce from our garden in farm-to-table breakfast offerings

●     Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency

●     Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours

●     Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards

●     Assist in inventory management and note supplies that need to be ordered

●     Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements

● Previous experience as a line cook or chef, preferably in a breakfast-focused kitchen preferred, willing to train the right person.
● Proficiency in preparing breakfast dishes such as omelets, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches preferred.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
● Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
● Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
