What is the Pet Policy?Holiday Acres is a pet-friendly resort that understands pets are family. We ask all our pet parents to follow these Resort Rules so that we may continue to welcome your furry family. Pets are welcome in designated pet rooms and cottages. If you are unsure if an area or lodging is pet-friendly, please ask. Please note: a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per night per pet will be charged to your room. Noise/disruptive complaints: if hotel management receives 2 (two) or more complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for your pet(s). The pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the lodge room or cottage. Pets are NOT allowed at the main beach; the pet swim area is located at the boat launch to accommodate everyone. Pets must always be on a leash when not inside your accommodations. The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) on resort grounds and properly disposing of waste in garbage cans throughout the resort. Bags are available at the Front Desk if needed. If damages occur from your pet to any of the resort property, the charges will be billed to you. An excessive cleaning fee will be charged to you if the room/cottage is in need of a deep clean after your stay. This includes flea treatments. If your pet is comfortable being on beds and couches, please ask the Front Desk for furniture coverings. Big Pine Lodge, Cedar Lodge, and #31-Weisswood are NOT pet-friendly.
