Steamed Mussels with Tomato and Garlic Broth with
Flatiron Prosciutto Bagette

Course Five:
Asparagus wrapped in Soppressata with a Tomato Basil Cream Sauce and a Parmesan Crispo

Valle Reale, Vigne Nuove, Montepulciano di Abruzzo - Abruzzi

Course Six:
Pan-roasted Lamb Chops with Lemons, Olives, and Oregano.
Served with fire-roasted Red Bell Pepper Polenta
